  2. Try zucchini "pita", Bosnian way.
    Just get some dough in packaging that is ready to use and comes in square shape, you can also roll them.
    We use potatoes diced, zucchini green, diced fine, bit on onions and salt,.pepper, bake till golden than make egg, sour creame and bit milk or heavy creame, to cover it so its not dry.
    Thats done at very end and leave in owne for a other 30 minutes, oven off.
