hey guys what’s up Jackie Cooks here how are you thank you so much for tuning in today you know how sometimes you want a taco but you really don’t want a taco you don’t want to deal with the shells the tortilla or the bread I have the perfect recipe for you today yes I do Jack I have to warn you this video is very quick so don’t blink you might miss something keep on watching this recipe is keto friendly let’s start off with 2 lbs of ground chuck will you look at all that delicious cheese yes we love cheese everybody please say hi to D we’re going to be using about 8 oz of cohe cheese and 8 oz of extra sharp cheddar cheese next we’re going to put in our taco seasoning there are many choices I’ve given you some options here these are some of my favorites put your favorite today I’m going to be using the Taco Bell mild taco seasoning mix we’re just going to pour that in did you see how good down pour that in I used about half enchilada sauce and half of this taco sauce I just pour that right over the top we’re just going to add in one egg and mix very well we’re going to add just a few chopped henos some chopped up onions just a little bit we’re going to add some minced garlic because you know garlic makes everything better we’re going to mix that very very very well we’re going to roll into balls the size of your choice place on a cookie sheet and do not let them touch makes about 48 keto Taco meatballs guys and there you have it guys all done these are good for potluck birthday parties baby showers anytime there’s a get together these work work quick fast easy and very economical let me know down below if you guys will try these keto meatballs be sure to subscribe if you have not subscribed give this video a thumbs up share with a friend see you in my next video
