Pinch salt

For the binder
1 tbsp liquid smoke
4 tbsp mustard
1 tsp molasses

For the rub
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp old bay

For the wrap
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp apple juice
2 tbsp hot honey
2 tbsp bbq sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch salt
Pinch cayanne

  1. Is there any way you can teach us to prepare and cook Porchetta (pork loin wrapped in a seasoned pork belly). The best sandwich I’ve ever had was Porchetta on toasted French/Italian/Cuban (you choose) bread, but it makes a great main dish as well.
