Chicken Andouille Sausage
Shrimp
Green/Red Bell Peppers
White Onion
Garlic Paste or Fresh Garlic

Seasonings:
2 Tsp of Each
Cayenne or Slap Ya Mama
Italian Seasoning
G & Onion Powder
Tony’s Creole
Paprika
Cumin

Mardi Gras Cajun Sauce:
Whichever Pasta Of Choice
2 knobs of butter
1 Tbsp Creole
2 Tsp Paprika
6 tbsp of Louisiana hot sauce (split)
1 C Half & Half, Heavy Cream, Cashew Milk, etc
1 C Grated Parmesan
Season T.T. (Between adding in more creole, hot sauce, cayenne for more spice)
