Quick & Easy Thai Classic Tom Yum Soup (Tom Yum Goong) | Homemade Soup | UFC Velvet Coconut Milk

Ingredients
4 Shrimps
2 1/2 Bottles UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened
1/4 Cup Chicken Soup
4-5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
2 Stalks Fresh Lemongrass
Mushroom
1 Tablespoon Chili Paste
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 1/2 Tablespoons Squeezed Lime
Shrimp Paste
Chili
Coriander for topping

Instructions
1. Clean shrimps and devein them.
2. Add oil in a pan and fry the shrimp paste.
3. Boil shrimp in chicken broth until almost cooked.
4. Add UFC Velvet Coconut Milk and boil with high heat. After heated, add fish sauce and lime.
5. Heat the soup and add lemongrass.
6. Add the boiled shrimp in chicken broth, fried shrimp paste, kaffir lime leaves, and chili paste on to the pot. Top with coriander. You can also add up to ¼ cup of UFC Velvet Coconut Milk to make the soup extra rich.
