今回はつくおき出来るミートソースとドライカレーを一度に作ります❣️
特徴はお肉より野菜のほうが多いこと❣️みじん切りが大変ですが、是非作ってみてください❣️冷凍うどんのもちもちの食感とミートソースは良く合います❣️😋♥️♥️♥️

水　150ｍｌ
ケチャップ　大3
中濃ソース 大1
