Hey Inna. I never realized how a nationalities likes and dislikes could be passed down from generation to generation. My grandfather as I mentioned before was born in Balta. My grandmother taught my dad how to make borstch and pierogi etc. so in turn he taught me. But what I find amazing is that I absolutely love mushrooms and sour cream and homemade bread etc. it has to be in my genes. I watch you cook some of these dishes and I think….oh I would love that. So ..from the bottom of my heart for posting these videos. I look forward to them each week. May peace come to the Ukraine…..prayers God bless you from Ontario Canada. 🙏 P.s. I would absolutely love if you put approximate quantity of what you use in recipes. I would love to try them
