i love me some good guac. A lot of places ive been to shove the guac in a blender until its a paste, and it feels so good to see guac with a consistency as beautiful as this! little bit mashed, but still plenty of little chunks to give it that nice bite.

you should add the tomatoes after the avocado has been mashed so the tomatoes arent smushed and mushy 🙂
