My favorite shredded beef tacos #shorts

I love smoking a chuck roast. You can make a ton of different things with them, and these tacos are one of my favorites.

Start by seasoning and smoking the chuck roast for 2-3 hours at 250 degrees. Next, drop it into a dutch oven with onions, tomatoes, salsa, beef stock, garlic and continue cooking until it’s fork tender. Total cook time was about 5 hours.

Shred the meat, blend the veggies, and mix everything together. Assemble your tacos, serve, and enjoy!
