Avocado Chunky Dip
These were grown on a 51 year old tree in California ! I’m tickled to have them this morning to cook use.
Have a wonderful day today sweet friends. You Never know who God will put into your path on this very day. But whoever is put in your path should leave you with this thought in their heart- wow, that was the most encouraging loving person that I’ve seen in a long long time. ! !

I'm in California, and I add mayonnaise to my guacamole.
The lime that is supposed to be in guacamole is what keeps it from browning. Typically, guacamole is avocado, tomato, fresh lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic, fresh cilantro and jalapeno. At least, that's the way I make it. I've seen a multitude of variations. I LOVE avocados.
Another great thing to do with them? Halve an avocado, scoop out the insides and put them in a bowl. Add medium sized cooked cold shrimp, salt, pepper and horseradish cocktail sauce. Mix everything together and scoop the mixture back into the avocado shell.
