CREAMY GARLIC VEGAN CHEESE
(Makes about 1 cup)
Process:
200g firm tofu, drained well and pat dry with a paper towel
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 Tsp dried basil
1/4 Tsp dries oregano
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp minced garlic
1/4 Tsp miso
