this shrimp Alfredo is every bit as flavorful as the regular stuff and won’t spike your blood sugar I have no idea why I was so hesitant on this pasta stuff because honestly after trying it with a super tasty sauce I didn’t even notice it wasn’t pasta if you haven’t tried hard of palus pasta before just make sure you give it a proper rinse before using it it goes so well with any sauce so creamy a touch spicy garlicky and Incredibly flavorful definitely worth every minute to prep

Shrimp seasoning:
1 bag of shrimp
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic goddess seasoning from @therallailaali Spices
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Alfredo Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan
3 cloves of garlic, minced
24 oz heart of palm pasta (I used simply nature)
Parsley for garnish
🤍Instructions:
1- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with red pepper flakes, garlic goddess seasoning, salt, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and paprika. Toss the shrimp until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
2- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the hot skillet. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
3- In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, or until it becomes fragrant. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the cream to thicken slightly.
4- Stir in 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese into the cream sauce. Continue to stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5- While preparing the Alfredo sauce, Drain and rinse the heart of palm pasta at least 2 times.
6- Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir well to coat the shrimp with the creamy sauce. Allow them to heat through for about 1-2 minutes.
7- Place the heart of palm pasta into the skillet with the shrimp and Alfredo sauce. Gently toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and heated through. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the dish for garnish. Enjoy!
