How about this recipe! Potatoes: This time, I used Danshaku potatoes. Of course, any kind is fine. Chop them roughly and boil for 15 minutes. Use your favorite kind of corned beef — just make sure to break it apart.
Chop up a generous amount of green onions.
Once the potatoes are done boiling… Combine the three ingredients and add some pepper, mix well, then add a bit of oil and gently bring it all together. Start cooking, flipping to cook both sides. Add citrus if you like. Prepare a fried egg. Top it with the fried egg and enjoy! Corned beef and potatoes go really well together. Enjoy your potatoes!
