もちもち香ばし焼きライスペーパーの作り方を
紹介させて頂きます。
【材料】
ライスペーパー:6枚
しいたけ:1枚
ピーマン:1/2個
ベーコン(ハーフカット):1P
ケチャップ:適量
ピザ用チーズ:適量
ブラックペッパー:適量
【作り方】
1. シイタケは薄切り、ピーマンは種を取り除いて細切りにする。
2. ライスペーパーを水で30秒ほど浸して柔らかくする。
3. クッキングシートを敷き、ライスペーパーを3枚重ねて乗せたら、ケチャップを広げる。
4. しいたけ、ピーマン、ベーコンをトッピングしたら表面にチーズを広げる。
5. ブラックペッパーを振りかける。
6. さらにライスペーパーを3枚重ねて表面に乗せる、しっかりと押さえつける挟み込む。
7. フライパンにクッキングシートごと6を乗せ、弱火から中火にかけて、裏面を5分ほど焼く。
8. 生地を裏返してさらに5分ほど焼き、両面がカリッと香ばしくなるまで焼き上げる。
9. 食べやすい大きさに切って盛り付ける。
