柿を使ったフルーツブランデーにローズマリー風味を入れました。フルーツブランデーはフルーツをブランデーに漬け込んで作る爽やかなお酒です。柿を使ったフルーツブランデーは濃厚な甘さが出るので、カボスのスライスで酸味を加え、ローズマリーで甘く爽やかな香りを入れました。漬け込んだ柿は電子レンジでアルコールを飛ばし、スモークサーモンと一緒にマリネにしました。これをカリカリトーストにクリームチーズを塗って上にのせて頂きます！
