🌭Chili Cheese Dog Boats🌭

[Music] hello and welcome back so today let me show you how I made these chili cheese Hot Dogs yummy perfect for a Friday or a weekend started I’m going to be using this wolf brand chili and you can of course make your own chili okay sometimes I do in this case I preferred this okay now I’m just going to add it to a pot and I do like to season it I’m going to add cayenne pepper garlic powder onion powder and I’m gonna mix that just until it has warmed up trust me if you season your chili wow takes it to a whole new level and these are the hot dogs I’m going to be using the Nathan’s the Nathans are actually the best and I’m just going to add it to a pot of water and I’m going to let those just cook for a little bit and in this baking tray here I’m going to be spraying it with some cooking spray you do want to spray it so that the hot dogs doesn’t stick and then I’m going to just be laying down my hot dog buns and you can use any hot dog buns that you like sometimes I’ll use um just a store brand or sometimes if I have extra money of course I will go way out and get the expensive ones and then on top I’m just going to do a split now you can just leave these like you can make these the regular hot dog weight but I like to do the split top I think it’s just better this way so cutting each on top and then I like to press down so don’t get rid of that extra bread just press it down make sure it’s pressed down there pretty good because you want to be able to add all the fillings all right and then here I’m just gonna do the rest and then I did preheat my oven to 350 degrees so I’ll I’ll be doing is adding some cheese on here this is just a blend at least and then I’m going to pop this in the oven just until the cheese melts and then once the hot dogs were cooked now I’m going to be adding two tablespoons of butter to this pan and I do like to add the hot dogs on here because I do like um buttery and toasty you can skip this part but trust me it’s worth it foreign now getting these all toasted up and then I’m going to start adding everything to the Buns and here I have some nacho cheese of course you can skip this part too but trust me you don’t want to just warming up some cheese here all right and so you see the cheese is melted now it’s ready to assemble start adding your hot dogs onto each bun and make sure it’s pressed down and then it goes the cheese add as much or as little as you like I like to actually pile these on and then I’m going to add the chili adding some more of that shredded cheese on top and on half the side I am going to be adding some diced onion because my children don’t like onion but me and my husband do and these go in the oven until they look like this yummy I’m telling you these are so delicious and that’s how I make my chili cheese dogs hope you like this recipe I hope that you make it leave a nice comment don’t forget to subscribe like and share and you can serve this up with anything I just like to do it with uh jalapenos and some chips thank you for watching bye [Music]
