Still have some home made Pico de Gallo from yesterday. Let’s kill some left overs in the fridge tonight. Menu is ‘Fish Tacos’ A bit of OCD to wash all the veges Fish fry mix from the supermarket Cajun style and Probably it was only $1.99 We had Cod from Costco from last month that I just defrosted Cut them in taco bite size so easier to eat Let’s just finish using these. coat fish in the fish fry flour Pour 2-inches of vegetable oil into a large skillet. Place skillet over large burner and heat oil over medium high heat. Make sure that fish are defrosted completely and not too cold My Mexican is very fast and efficient At the same time, we start on the Tortillas Transfer some Pico de Gallo into the bowl Grill Tortilla on flat pan with high heat for 3-4 min each If you toasted them in the toaster, Mexican will yell at you. That is not proper way to heat them up The top right in Mason Jar is Red onion & Habanero pickles In case if you don’t know how to build tacos grab tortilla first. put fried fish. (that’s all you eat???) Put some shredded cabbage (red cabbage looks great on tacos too) Squeeze lime on top Add Pico de Gallo on top There is no rules on tacos so you can get store bought salsa whatever you want My Mexican knows how to use Japanese chopsticks Thank you for watching my video.
