[Music] tonight I’m making pumpkin lasagna soup hppy has been asking for pumpkin pasta for weeks now he claims I made it once when we first got together and that I haven’t made it since honey that is not true but we’re going to go with it okay I have really been wanting to try lasagna soup so I thought I could combine the two and we both could be happy I start with my fresh veggies and then I added my ground beef and Italian sausage then I added the rest of my ingredients along with water and let it come to a boil while that was simmering I prepared my cheese topping a ricotta mozzarella and Parmesan along with some bread for dipping [Music]

Finally made him his pumpkin pasta 😂

Soup:
1/2 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound Italian sausage
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 oz tomato paste
15 oz can pumpkin
1 jar paste sauce
2 handfuls of spinach
1/3 box lasagna noodles
About 3 cups of water

Cheese topping:
ricotta cheese
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
(Amounts: just let the cheese gods speak to you)
