ビリア…でもママモードにしよう😎🔥

M. Okay, look. These ain’t Abua’s Bia tacos, and she might fight me for it, but hear me out. Today, we’re making Beyia tacos. Built for the working mom. The I’ve got 30 minutes, a toddler on my leg, and no time for 12-hour stew kind of vibes. Mina Shakshuka sauce. Yes, I said what I said. Is it traditional? No. Is it delicious? Also, no. It’s insanely delicious. I kept it simple. I kept it saucy. And I kept it very much alive in the I’m tired but still want to eat good category. So, shout out to all the moms out here cheffing with one hand and answering emails with the other. These tacos. Yeah, baby. They’re built for you. And just when you thought you could sit down and finally taste your masterpiece, boom, here come the tiny food critics. Full speed. No mercy. No high. No what’s that? Just straight to the tacos like they pay rents. One bite, silence. Two bites, still silence. Three bites, I’m sorry. Is that a smile I see? Listen, I don’t need a Michelin star. I just need full bellies, happy faces, and 5 seconds of peace before the next snack request hits. That’s what it’s all about. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and the kind of satisfaction money can’t buy you. Your kids actually eating the food you made.

🌮 Nontraditional Birria-Inspired Tacos (Working Mom Style)Let me start by saying this: this isn’t your abuela’s birria — and it’s not trying to be. I’m not here to colonize anyone’s culture. I’m just a working mom who’s trying to put dinner on the table with flavor and a little fun.If you’re Hispanic, I see you and respect you — this is just my creative spin using what I had in the pantry. I put together unique recipes so you don’t have to.⸻🛒 Ingredients: • 1 onion, sliced • 5 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks • 2 tbsp Mina olive oil • 1 jar Mina Shakshuka sauce (trust me!) • 2 packets taco seasoning • ½ jar of water (use the shakshuka jar to rinse) • Jalapeños (add to taste for extra spice)⸻🥘 How To:Place everything in your pressure cooker or slow cooker — I used my Ninja Foodi on HIGH for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Slow cooker? Set it on LOW for 8 hours.)Let it do its thing. When it’s done, shred the beef and separate the grease from the sauce. In the sauce, stir in 1 chicken bouillon cube until dissolved.⸻🍲 To Freshen Up the Broth:Add the following to your consommé: • Chopped fresh cilantro • Diced onion • Sliced jalapeño • A squeeze of fresh lime juice⸻🌮 Serve it Up!Dip your tortillas in the grease, toast them on a pan, stuff them with that juicy beef, and top with: • Pico de gallo • Avocado • Anything else that makes you happy⸻This meal is bold, messy, flavorful — and 100% made with love.🔖 Save this for your next taco night!Tag me if you make it 🧡⸻🏷️ :#BirriaInspired #FYP #BusyMomMeals #EasyDinnerIdeas #FusionTacos #PressureCookerRecipes #ShakshukaTacos #NonTraditionalBirria #WeeknightTacos #CreativeCooking #LatinaRespect #HomeCooked #DinnerMadeEasy #TacoTwist

  2. Whoa 🤯 you look like @conniekazan13! I had to subscribe to your channel as well so I’m not confused 😅

  3. I'm Mexican, and an Arab woman will never be able to cook a birria with the same flavor as Mexican hands… neither will Mexican hands.
Nor will she be able to cook Arab food with the same flavor as Arab hands… we can both try. But it will never be the same. We all know our grandmothers' secrets. And that's where the recipe begins.✨🥰

  4. Perfectionism is the enemy of progress. If you need to make everything 100% authentic you'll end up eating freezer food or snacking🤷‍♀️
