Behind the fancy wagyu and caviar, I’m a true big back at heart. The tostada in between is crucial so the nacho cheese doesn’t spill over to the lettuce and tomatoes. Double cheese: mozzarella + nacho cheese is also necessary for the full big back experience. Guac salsa with lime and cilantro adds amazing freshness to each bite. I could’ve added some Mexican crema inside but I’ll save that for next time.

  4. I worked at Taco Bell for over a decade. Their food is fairly easy to duplicate. I love watching people recreate popular foods. I recently learned how to make the chalupas. Yummmeeeee
