Easy Cheese, Pizza Sauce & Beef Calzone

Ingredients:
   •   1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
   •   1/2 cup pizza sauce
   •   1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
   •   150 g (about 1/3 lb) ground beef
   •   1 tsp oil
   •   Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle, about 25 cm (10 inches) wide.
3. Spread pizza sauce on one half of the dough, leaving a small edge.
4. Evenly add the cooked ground beef over the sauce.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the beef.
6. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon. Press the edges together tightly to seal.
7. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
8. Place the calzone in the pan and cook for about 4–5 minutes on the first side, or until golden brown.
9. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 4–5 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula if needed, until the dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
10. Let it rest for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
