🍕 Easy Cheese, Pizza Sauce & Pepperoni Calzone
Ingredients:
• 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 80–100 g (about 3–3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni
• Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)

1. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle, about 25 cm (10 inches) wide.
2. Spread pizza sauce on one half of the dough, leaving a small edge.
3. Layer the sliced pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the pepperoni.
5. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges together tightly to seal.
6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
7. Place the calzone in the pan and cook for about 4–5 minutes on the first side, or until golden brown.
8. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 4–5 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula if needed, until the dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
9. Let it rest for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
