エビのフェットチーネ・アルフレッドの作り方 / 25分でできる簡単料理!❤

When you think quick, easy and delicious, you think Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, it’s the perfect meal for the whole family, the shrimp can be substituted for chicken, steak or vegetables like peas, broccoli, asparagus or zucchini…this dish sides really well with a salad or good toasted bread of your choice. There is nothing better than a delicious meal that can be prepared in about 25 minutes, enjoy! ❤

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Fettuccini pasta
1 lb. medium shrimp (deveined, shells and tails removed)
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 & 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
3/4 C. good parmesan cheese (I grated parmigiano reggiano)
3 large garlic cloves
1/4 small onion (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
salt (to your liking)
pepper (to your liking)
pepper flakes (optional)
chopped Italian parsley

● It’s important to use a good parmesan cheese, don’t use the grated parmesan cheese in a bag or in a can, these cheeses don’t melt well and will make your alfredo sauce gritty.

  1. 🙁 I couldn't find my nutmeg. Also, I cut my shrimp in 3 pieces to get a piece in each bite🤗and added a bit of Asiago cheese besides the parmesean

  4. I saw you listed nutmeg in the seasonings. But didn’t see you season the shrimp with it. Do you normally use it for this dish?
