たった10分混ぜるだけ♬オレンジピールマフィンの作り方～Orange peel muffin

●材料
たまご：2個
グラニュー糖：50ｇ
太白ごま油：60ｇ
牛乳：70ｃｃ
薄力粉：120ｇ
ココアパウダー：20ｇ
ベーキングパウダー：3ｇ
チョコチップ：50ｇ
オレンジピール：30ｇ
オレンジピール（飾り用）：20ｇ

●作り方
①たまごを割り、ホイッパーで泡立てます
②グラニュー糖を加え、トロっとした感じになるまで混ぜ合わせます
③太白ごま油を入れ、混ぜ合わせます
④牛乳を入れ、混ぜ合わせます
⑤薄力粉、ココアパウダー、ベーキングパウダーをふるいます
⑥ふるった粉に卵液を加え、ホイッパーで混ぜ合わせます
⑦チョコチップ、オレンジピールを加え、混ぜ合わせます
⑧絞りだし袋をセットし、生地を入れます
⑨マフィン型のグラシン紙を入れ、生地を流し込みます
⑩オレンジピールを散らします
⑪予熱しておいた160℃のオーブンで35分間焼きます
⑫粗熱が取れたら完成

●Material
Eggs: 2
Granulated sugar: 50g
Taihaku sesame oil: 60g
Milk: 70cc
Soft flour: 120g
Cocoa powder: 20g
Baking powder: 3g
Chocolate chips: 50g
Orange peel: 30g
Orange peel (for garnish): 20g

●How to make
①Crack an egg and beat it with a whipper.
② Add granulated sugar and mix until it becomes thick.
③ Add Taihaku sesame oil and mix.
④ Add milk and mix.
⑤ Sift the cake flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
⑥ Add the egg mixture to the sifted flour and mix with a whipper.
⑦Add chocolate chips and orange peel and mix.
⑧ Set the piping bag and put the dough
⑨ Put the muffin-shaped glassine paper and pour the batter.
⑩ Sprinkle orange peel
⑪Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 35 minutes.
⑫ Complete when the heat is removed
