Every time I crave a delicious breakfast, I think of the endless possibilities of bruschetta. This Sugar-Free Peanut Butter, Banana, Roasted Walnut & Coconut Bruschetta is a perfect morning treat with a cup of coffee. It’s tasty, nutritious, and loved by both kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:

• 1 slice of whole grain bread
• 2 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter
• 1 banana, sliced
• A handful of roasted walnuts, chopped (or baked granola)
• 1 tbsp coconut flakes
• Drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions:

1. Toast the bread: Toast one slice of whole grain bread until golden and crispy.
