Roasted Garlic Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
2-3 sweet potatoes
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp Bachan’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce
Instructions:
* Preheat air fryer to 390F.
* Cut sweet potatoes into fry form.
* In a medium bowl, add potatoes then oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and Bachan’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce. Mix well to combine.
* Spread out evenly on air fryer pan and cook for 12-15 minutes.
* Serve with a dipping sauce (we used mayo and Bachan’s Roasted Garlic combined to taste. Enjoy!
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 lb, rigatoni (or shape of choice)
1 lb chicken breast, cubed and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
1 head broccoli, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 stick butter
1 cup heavy cream
Salt
Pepper
1 cup fresh grated parmesan
Instructions:
* Boil 3 quarts of water. Add 1/8 cup of salt and then pasta. Stir immediately so it doesn’t stick.
* Cut chicken into cubes and season. Add oil in a pan on medium heat and cook chicken until it’s done. Set aside.
* Prep broccoli and add to the pasta pot with boiling water when the pasta has about 3 minutes left.
* Add butter to the same pan and melt down. If the pan is too hot, take off the heat – you don’t want it to brown.
* Add cream, salt and pepper and let it come up to a simmer.
* Add fresh parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
* Scoop the pasta and broccoli out of the pot directly into the homemade Alfredo sauce. You want to get some pasta in there to thicken up the sauce.
* Add the chicken back in and stir to combine.
* Garnish with more parm, finishing olive oil and black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
Buffalo Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
1 tbsp mayo
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 lb shrimp, deveined
Salt pepper
Blue cheese
Chives
Instructions:
* In a medium bowl, add mayo and buffalo sauce of choice and whisk together until combined.
* Add shrimp into the mix and get it all in there.
* Let marinade for at least 15 minutes up to 2 hours.
* Place them on a skewer.
* Grill on both sides until cooked. About 2 minutes on each side.
* Top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped chives. Serve and enjoy!
