Ingredients:

2 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Chilli Chicken Masala
Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the cornflour, rice flour, red chili powder, and Chilli Chicken Masala.
Beat the egg and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Add salt to taste and the lemon juice to the mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
Coat the chicken pieces in the batter and let them marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan or wok and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden and crispy.
Once fried, remove the chicken from the oil and set it aside.
Serve the crispy Chilli Chicken hot with your choice of sides or garnish with chopped onions and cilantro.
