How To Make TEXAS CHILI The Red Bowl from Japan
I tried my best to make Texas Chili in Japan! Some ingredients I could not afford like guajillo peppers or briskets. I did my best so please forgive. Thank you Texas for this Delicious looking Tasty Chili. I learned alot and had Super Delicious time! I want to share this recipe for the world!
What you need (for 3-4people)
〇 Beef (for steak) 500-600g
〇 Bacon 100g
〇 Salt and pepper
〇 Garlic powder
〇 Onion powder
〇 Tomato can 1
〇 Dried peppers(guajillos) as you like
〇 Onion 1
〇 Garlic 3 cloves
〇 Chili con carne spice mix 1 pack
〇 Oregano powder 1/2tsp
〇 Thyme powder 1/2tsp
〇 Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
〇 Sugar 1 tbsp
〇 Water 800cc
〇 Beef stock cube 1 tbsp
〇 Cheese,jalapenos,coriander for toppings

Points
〇 Brown the meat well do not moist when cooking You need to brown
〇 Smoky flavor from bacon or use smoked paprika powder
〇 Simmer for at least 90min. to get tender beef
〇 Just enjoy with your favorite bread or rice!Super tasty!
