Best Super Bowl Baby Back Ribs Made in an Oven Easy and Delicious

Learn how to make tender, juicy baby back ribs in the oven using the foil method! This low and slow cooking technique ensures perfectly cooked ribs every time. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll create fall off the bone ribs that are full of flavor.

Ingredients:
Rack(s) of baby back ribs
Your favorite dry rub or seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
Prep the ribs: Remove the silver skin (membrane) from the back of the ribs, pat them dry, and apply a generous amount of your seasoning or dry rub on both sides.
Wrap in foil: Add Brown sugar, honey, apple or pineapple juice, hot sauce (optional). Lay the ribs meat side down on a large sheet of aluminum foil and fold it tightly around the ribs to create a sealed packet.
Bake low and slow: Place the foil-wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 4 hours.
Remove the ribs: Once done, remove the ribs from the foil.

Optional BBQ finish: If you like a crispy, caramelized finish, brush your favorite BBQ sauce on the ribs and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30 minutes (or grill them) to get that delicious glaze. Watch them carefully so the sauce doesn’t bun!!
Serve: Slice between the bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side if you prefer.
Enjoy these easy, fall-off-the-bone ribs, perfect for a simple dinner or a gathering!
