Puttanesca is an Italian pasta sauce made with anchovies, capers, olives, and tomatoes. Puttanesca is a very easy to make, quick to prepare, and very tasty pasta dish!
Ingredients (2/3servings):
1 large garlic clove
4 anchovy fillets
15 cherry tomatoes
10 black olives, pitted
2 tbsp capers (1tbsp finely chopped/ 1tbsp non chopped)
olive oil
butter
fresh parsley
spaghetti
Not adding additional salt, puttanesca will be salty from the other ingredients
