Beetroot Berry Smoothie || My Post Workout Smoothie | Super Refreshing, Rich and Filling
Ingredients
1 medium size beetroot ( peeled)
1 cup frozen mix berries & cherries **blueberries strawberries and blackberries pitted red cherries.
3 ripe banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 thumb ginger
1/2 lime juice
1 cup water

I love blending fruits for my post workout smoothie. Never tried it with beetroot or ginger tho. Not so sure about the beetroot but I'll give it try with ginger. Thanks!
