Chicken Keema Crispy Tacos and Soft Tortilla | MK Fusion Food Recipes

Mexican taco recipes with chicken keema (mince) and a touch of desi spice rather than traditional salsa. Crispy corn shells or soft flour tortilla boats option. Both amazingly delicious and can be enjoyed with a variety of fillings including chicken, lamb, beef, seafood, vegetables or cheese.

The recipe shown here makes 10 to 12 small tacos / tortilla boats. I prefer to use Old El Paso brand but you can use whatever is available near you.

Traditionally, the salad is layered on top but I prefer to mix it in to the chicken. Also, you can add salsa, guacamole or sour cream for a more Mexican taste.

Most importantly, serve immediately whilst still warm!
