Mushroom Tom Yum Soup Recipe.
Sawadeekaap…. 🙏 Sis miss JB 🇲🇾 so much, nost of the time we go jb, we eat seafood. 🌊🦞🐚 And they often have thai 🇹🇭cooks, so their food normally is a bit more authentic. Again, this is only my opinion. Anyway due to covid, we can’t travel, so might as well travel by food. I love mushroom 🍄 so much and prefer Tom yum also everybody’s favourite, husband 👨, mum 👩🦰, sister 👩 and brother🧑 and even my little humairah👧 loves it, she love spicy, 🌶 but this kind of spicy is too much. So i make some for her without the chilli padi.

Ingredients:
– 800ml Water
– 4-5 Coriander roots
– 10 Lime leaves
– 2 Lemongrass
– 1 Ginger flower (Optional)
– 5-6 Bird eyes chillies depends on how spicy you want, you can add more.
– 2 Tomatoes
– Crushed 8 shallots and 3 garlic cloves
– Carrots and brocolli stems
– Babycorns
– Any mushrooms i used Enoki & Shitake
– 2 Tbsp Fish sauce
– 3 Tbsp Tom yum paste
– a bit of Lime juice
– Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Instructions:
✅ Boil water in a pot, add coriander roots, lime leaves, lemongrass & ginger flower.
✅ Let it boil till fragrance
✅ Add bird eyes chillies, tomatoes and crushed shallots and garlic.
✅ Add veg and mushrooms
✅ add fiah sauce
✅ add Tom yum paste
✅ a little bit of lime juice
✅ Off flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
