粉チーズ
卵
塩こしょう

アボカドとトマトの皮をむき、食べやすい大きさにして、器に並べます。塩こしょうして、卵を割り入れ、粉チーズをふりかけて、オーブントースターで焼いてください。
粉チーズなので、焼き色はつかないです。
