  2. 小笼包里的皮冻为什么叫做皮冻。。。就是因为它是用猪皮熬煮而成的而不是加的吉利丁粉,猪皮加葱姜蒜桂皮八角茴香熬煮至猪皮的胶质融化,然后冷却形成的果冻状物质那个叫做皮冻,是放在小笼包馅料里的东西😅加上猪肉混合搅拌加酱油盐糖胡椒鸡精或味精调味做成内馅再包起来上竹笼蒸熟这才是小笼包,这是中式中级面点师必考的项目😅

  4. I don't understand the language. However, I guarantee you I could eat those within a couple of hours. They look so delicious. There is really not a good place where I live to buy authentic Asian food. The Asian food here has been so amalgamated with cheaper easier products or Americanized beyond recognition. I would have to drive to Atlanta to get anything close to this.
