tuna salad:
▪️1 5-6 ounce can tuna (we like Wild Planet, Safe Catch or Urbani Foods Vegan Tunah for plant-based)
▪️2 tbsp finely chopped pickles
▪️2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
▪️diced celery + fresh dill + fresh parsley + vegan mayo (or avocado oil mayo) + dijon mustard + lemon juice + salt + black pepper
🥪sandwich:
▪️your fave gf bread (we like bread srsly, awg bakery, california country gal or base culture) + dairy-free butter (regular works too)
▪️dairy-free cheese slices (we like Chao, Miyokos or Violife – regular works too)
▪️baby spinach
▪️Heirloom tomatoes + salt + pepper
