  1. High protein is important and all, but it’s also important to keep fat values low. Fat has lots of calories, after all! So instead of using the protein milk, you could use silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk as the base and use flavored vegan protein powder as a creamer. No sugar, low fat, and plenty of protein!

  2. Being calorie conscious, I switched the peanut butter with a cup of mixed fruit. Worked great. Never would have thought of using tofu this way. Thanks.

  3. Aldis Lovin fresh brand also makes high protein tortillas. They are not made out of egg. They have fava bean for the protein. So that's another option! Totally cheap.

  4. Good Karma's Flax milk with protein is my go to coffee milk it is creamy, froths well, and is a great way to also get omega 3s and 5 grams protein per cup. its delicious!

  5. Thanks so much for the secret to tenderizing kale! Massaging it is magic and makes it like a lettuce
    it lasts days longer because kale doesn’t go bad a quickly as traditional lettuce

  8. This is great! I forget to eat more than just veggies and potatoes sometimes, I needed reminder to include higher protein foods (higher bc vegs have protein but just alittle).
    Ive been afraid to get bullion cube bc seems super high in salt :/ idk maybe I can use half cube. I also didnt realize ur supposed to dilute it, i bet that helps 😆

  10. Thank you for your video 🙂 I'm looking for new recipes and it was nice to see what someone else eats while living life. I did want to say though, regular gmo non organic soy milk is not healthy! I would really recommend you switch to a non-gmo organic one. It's a dollar or so more per litre but it is safer.

  11. I'm allergic to almonds, oats and soy, so I've found that coconut milk is amazing for me personally. Sometimes I'll make fresh hemp milk and use that too, and they both froth pretty well.

  12. I used to hate kale until I started getting Green Chef boxes and they would send kale salads. Getting used to preparing it got me to love it.

  13. FINALLY someone that has similar taste palette to me! I can never find vegan recipes that suite my cravings and I love your options!

  14. negating the value of a great diet by ingesting all the poison from non-stick cookware! Please, invest in some expensive multi-ply stainless steel or cast-iron if thats not an option. Its an investment in your health.

  15. I LOVE THAT CASHEW ALMOND MILK. I buy all of them if it's in stock haha usually there's only 2 or 3 left. It's carrageenan free too.
    Definitely gonna start stepping outside earlier in the morning with some matcha tea. Thank youu 🌅 .
