Saturday Smoke Sesh to test out some new products!
Gotta love a Saturday smoke sesh!
Decided to test out some new products I’ve been working on… A Char Siu rub and bbq glaze and an all purpose sweet rub and Kansas style bbq sauce.
What better way to do it than hosting some mates for a bit of scran.
Pretty happy with the outcomes but still a few adjustments needed to really nail the recipes down so they are fit for unleashing on you!
