Shredded Beef Tacos Recipe

Boneless Beef
2 diced tomatoes
1 onion diced
2 diced jalapeño
1 diced bell pepper
1 chicken stock cube
Water as needed
1 cup cheese
Tortillas

Spice mix:
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Oregeno
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil

Directions:

In a hot pan sauté all beef with salt, once your burn changed Color’s add in all chopped veggies, chicken cube, spice mix and 2 cups of water. If you have a pressure cooker you can use that but since I don’t, I used this method and cooked the meat for 2 hours adding water in between ! Once the meat is soft enough to shred remove it from the sauce, shred it and throw it back in the sauce. Mix well on low heat.

In a frying pan drizzle in some oil or don’t.. upto you! Dip your tortillas in your beef sauce and throw them on the pan.. fry them on both sides for 15 seconds & add your shredded beef with some white cheese, close your taco and remove from pan when u c the cheese melting.

Top these off with some cucumbers and enjoy them even more by dipping them in the sauce from your beef.

Serve hot & enjoy !
