Now this is an important point that I think maybe some people have pointed out. You need a perfect and I mean it has to be hot and very elastic for you to be able to do that. You need a perfect tortilla. You either have to make it homemade or you have to find a brand that actually cares about the customers and you have to heat it to exactly the perfect temperature that it doesn’t start to get crispy, but it starts to get more elastic. This is for anyone who wants to try and attempt this. I’ve made a 4 pound burrito granted it was with two extra large tortillas, but it was 4 pounds. Good luck to any of you.
