Pad Thai for 2 🍝 in 8 minutes

Just add your favorite protein 🍤 🥩 and you’ve got yourself a meal!

Kit Includes

Organic Rice Noodle
Organic Dried Garlic
Organic Dried Herbs
Organic Pad Thai Sauce
Organic Peanuts*
Organic Ground Hot Chili (for Extra Spice)

What You’ll Need

* 2 Tbsp Choice of oil (olive oil or vegetable oil)
* 7-10 oz (200-300g) Choice of protein, sliced
(eg. chicken, shrimp, tofu)
* 2 eggs
* 7-10 oz (200-30 (e.g. bean sprou onions, sliced vegetables)
8 minutes

Method

1. Soak Organic Pad Thai Noodles in hot water for 5 minutes then drain.
2. Heat your wok or frying pan to medium heat then add approximately 2 tablespoons oil.
3. Add Organic Dried Garlic.
4. Add desired protein & cook for several minutes (not fully cooked).
5. Add eggs and cook for 30 seconds. Stir to break eggs up
6. Add Organic Pad Thai Noodle & cook for 2-3 minutes using spatula to break them apart.
7. Add Organic Pad Thai Sauce, Organic Pear. Dried Herbs, stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until is fully cooked.
