【材料】

ブロッコリー　1株
じゃがいも　4個
ハム　4枚
紫玉ねぎ　30g
塩・こしょう　少々　
すし酢　大さじ1
マヨネーズ　80g
ミニトマト
モッツァレラチーズ
赤パプリカ
黒ごま
ケチャップ
