– 1/2 or 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
– 1 Tsp Oregano
– 1 Tsp Cumin
Crispy Taco Fries
– 900g White Potatoes cut into thin fries
– 1 Serving Taco Seasoning Mix
– 2 Tsp Olive Oil
Juicy Spicy Beef
– 800g Minced Beef
– 1 Serving Taco Seasoning
– 20g Tomato Paste
– 25g Chopped Jalapeños (From the Jar)
– 20-25ml Jalapeno Juice
– 20g Light Butter (for cooking)
Nacho Cheese Sauce
– 180ml Light Evaporated Milk
– 5 Cheese Slices (20g each Slice)
– 50g Light Cheddar or Sharp Cheddar
– 15-20ml Jalapeno Juice (Optional)
Fresh Side Salad
Store this in a separate container
– 150g Tomatoes Chopped
– 100g Red Onion Chopped
– 150g Red & Green Bell Peppers Chopped
– 200g Avocados Cubed
– 25g Fresh Coriander Chopped
– 1 Lime juice
– 15g Honey
– 1 Tsp Salt & Black Pepper

Important Cooking Notes
– Cook the beef for 5-7 mins on high heat till fully browned, use a spatula to break it up then add all the spices tomato paste and jalapenos
– Mix this for another 2-3 mins till it gets golden brown
– Make the nacho cheese sauce on low heat, mix on low heat till it thickens and becomes cheesy
– You can store this sauce in a bottle but you’ll have to heat it up again to use as it will harden once cooled
– Store the side salad in a separate container then serve when ready to eat. Can last for 4-5 days!
Reheat the beef and fries in a pan or if you want the fries crispier just air fry for 4-5 mins

If u did quartered red potatoes, i could see it since the reheats not bad for those, however, i dont think i ever had good reheated fries. Though, still sounds tasty

To actually get a good reheat, make the 3 things separately. Beef and salad can go in the fridge, just make sure it's sealed with little air so the avacados don't go brown. You can prep the fries, just air fry them or broil them for a couple minutes before serving so they're crispy. Then add the sauces and combine everything. You can meal prep almost anything and have it be similar to the day it was made, but often dishes like this are a real hassle.

Some of the people in these comments have to stop demonizing food!! I LITERALLY eat whatever I want and have managed to lose 1 pound a day by doing intermittent fasting. I do the 16/8 (which is eat for 8 hours and fast for 16). As long as your fasting, you can still enjoy your favorite meals and be happy!!💯 I just baked some fresh broccoli, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and steak yesterday as a meal prep.
