      Just watched your video for the first. Enjoyed it, I started doing intermittent fasting in January for health reason. For me it was 2 meals a day. 16 to 19 hour fasts. I tried one meal 24 hour fast, it was easier than I thought. I have lost 16 lbs. Started at 195 now 179. I'm 5 feet tall, so I really needed. I would love to do a longer fast, but nervous about. My dr knows and on board. I have noticed that I don't get hungry and doing one meal a day. I have coffe in the morning with1/2 n 1/2. I would probably lose more weight quicker, but i to make this a life style. I gave cut out sweets and most processed foods with a lot more veggies. Proud of you for sticking it put. Will be seeing more of your videos. Bty I'm 69 doing this. Thanks for obliging me.

      Nami is going to get fat since her whole day derives around food. Can't believe how much she eats in one day…not attractive at all…I know it is healthy but….just wait, you won't be sharing these videos when you are 20 pounds heavier. Good luck to high cholesterol. Jenny Craig Weight Loss here you come….

      How do you eat so many onions. My stomach can’t handle onions like that. Plus I’d smell like an onion too.

      Очень много посторонних шумов. Грохот посуды, шум воды, шарканье ногами. Почему вы не понимаете ноги когда ходите?? Невозможно смотреть 😮

      Yes she does amazing in her small apartment. When i was little girl we lived in a very small house mum dad and five little girls. There was no indoor toilet and no bath or shower. Mum always kept everything clean and tidy and us girls immaculate so it os possible in small places lacking modern facilities. We could all learn from nami . Also we always washec our hands when we came home its good hygiene practice
