Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make an apple pound cake. This time, I will use whole apples to make pound cake. This pound cake itself will be made with pancake mix. I would also like to make it with cream cheese in addition to apples. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some points of interest here and there, so please enjoy and see it through to the end. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Apples, pancake mix, cream cheese, unsalted butter, eggs, sugar and lemon juice. This time, I will make it with these materials. First of all, one apple weighs about 250 grams. Please use these amounts as a guide. And this time, I want to put cream cheese in the dough. And butter, please be sure to use unsalted butter here. If you do not have unsalted butter, you can substitute salad oil. In that case, use 70 ml of salad oil. And for the sugar, we will use white sugar this time. You can substitute granulated sugar or cane sugar if you like. And you can also add cinnamon powder, which I didn’t put in this time, but it is also delicious. And this time I will use an 18 cm pound cake mold. This is a pound cake mold from a 100 yen store. Cut a cookie sheet or a baking sheet, cut four slits in it, and fit it in here. Be sure to lay it down so that the shorter side is on the back. Like this. This one should be prepared in advance before making the dough. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First of all, I cut apples. Apples, you know, cut them in half first. This time, I use Fuji apples as the apple variety. As for the type of apple here, you can use whatever you like. Then, cut the apple in half. I will use this quarter for decoration. So I will cut it from the decoration. First of all, I remove the core and the seeds. Then I cut them into thin slices. Thinly slice it like this. Just be careful not to hurt your hands because the apple is round and shakes. Then, you know, we’re going to put these apples on a heatproof plate. It looks like this. Now I continue to cut the remaining apples. Let’s peel the rest of the apples down to the skin. Once peeled, cut them in half lengthwise, then crosswise into thin slices about 5 mm wide. Cut the remaining apples like this. Place the cut apples in the container with the apples from earlier. Now peel the rest of the apples and cut them the same way. OK. Cut the apple like this. Now continue to mix the lemon juice here and the sugar the rest of the way. Mix this thoroughly. It is OK if about half of the sugar is dissolved. Then pour lemon juice over this apple. Then, once you do that, mix this in. Make sure that the whole thing is well mixed. Once the lemon juice is well mixed in, separate the peeled and unpeeled pieces, as I did earlier, like this. That way it will be easier to work with later. Now let’s do a fluffy wrap here. Heat this in a microwave oven 600W for 3 minutes. Heated. Remove the plastic wrap to avoid burns. Like this. Keep the rough heat as it is. Now, if you heat it with lemon juice and sugar mixture, the red part will be brightly colored when heated with lemon juice regarding this part with the skin. The lemon juice adds a sour taste to the lemon juice, which is a good accent to the lemon juice. Now let this one cool down. Easy recipes at home Now I will continue to make the dough. First of all, melt this butter. Heat in microwave oven 600W for 30 seconds. Heated. Then, you know, there are still some hardened parts, so I’ll melt this one thoroughly. If it doesn’t melt, try heating it again for another 10 seconds plus. Melt it nicely like this. This one is left like this until it is used. Next is cream cheese. I’m going to put the cream cheese in the dough, about half of it will be kneaded in, and the rest will be cut into cubes. You can either cut all of this into cubes, or you can knead it all in. Now let’s cut it. Only half of it, roughly 1cm cubes. Like this. I would like to put this one in the dough as it is. The rest of the cream cheese, I will knead this one into the dough. This cream cheese is fresh out of the refrigerator right now, so I’m going to warm it up lightly in the microwave to soften it. Microwave 600W for 15 seconds. Heated. Then I will knead this one. At this point, if it is too hard, heat it additionally. Now let’s cream it. OK. Then I’ll continue to crack an egg here. Now mix well. OK. When well mixed, crack in another egg. Then mix well. Mix well like this. Now, add the melted butter that you melted earlier. And mix well. OK. When well mixed, add pancake mix here. You don’t have to shake it, just put it in. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Mix in this way. Now, add the cream cheese and the peeled apples here. Add this leftover lemon juice with it. Then mix this one with a rubber spatula. The dough is now ready. Now I will put it in the mold. And the surface, you know, flatten it. Flatten it like this. Now I will lay out the apples left for the topping. I have lined them up. It looks like this. Now I will bake this one in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40 minutes. Finished baking for 40 minutes. It looks delicious like this. And then, you know, I’m going to take this one off the heat now. When you take off the heat, be sure to remove it from the mold. If you remove it from the heat, the sides will be hollowed out. Then, you know, it’s hot, so take it out so you don’t burn yourself. It looks like this. Now, let’s put a piece of kitchen paper over the surface to keep it from drying out and take off the heat.   8. 先週実家が親戚から(リンゴシナノスイート)を一籠もらい、さらにその中から4個貰ったので作ってみます。ただし、今無塩バターとクリームチーズがないので、揃ってからになりますけどね😅。リンゴとキャベツ、胡桃(あれば使います)、マヨネーズ、ヨーグルトでサラダを作る時がありますが、サラダ以外にもリンゴを使ったおかずがあれば・・・と思っています。
