Ingredients:
🥭 1 Mango, diced
🌶 1/2 Sweet red bell pepper, diced (omit for Paleo AIP)
🧅 1/2 Small red onion, finely diced
🥑 1 Avocado, diced
🍋 2 tbsp (30ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
🌿 2 tbsp (30ml) Cilantro, roughly chopped
🧂 1/4 tsp (1ml) Sea Salt
Directions:
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Serve with barbecued chicken, grilled pork chops, grass-fed steak, pan-seared fish, or tacos!
