Bean-less Chili Crockpot Meal!

does anyone else love chili but hate the taste of beans my husband and I both don’t like beans so I started making this beanless chili a couple years ago and this day this is the best thing that I could now I’m not going to lie it definitely takes a lot more work than using canned beans to make chili but the taste is definitely worth it my kids don’t like anything even remotely spicy and then my husband on the other hand likes things even spicier than I do so I start with not adding anything remotely spicy and I only add the seasonings then after I fed my kids and saved some leftovers I will go back and add all of The Spicy ingredients for my husband and I I’m honestly horrible at measuring seasonings and spices so I just kind of eyeball it taste test and then eyeball it some more we add our favorite toppings and this is honestly my favorite meal

I have been making this and tweaking the recipe for the last 5 years! My husband and I tried doing a Keto diet 5 years ago and I had made a keto chili which has now evolved into this bean-less one!

This is one of my favorite meals and I honestly make it year round because it’s so good! While it’s not as easy to make as a dump and go beanless chili is, it’s still pretty easy and is a great weeknight staple!
