緊急事態発令で外出自粛中だった我が家に久原本家から茅乃舎のだしのプレゼントが届きました！
まだまだ寒い北海道には嬉しい鍋やおでんの出汁でした。
茅乃舎の出汁パックしか使ったことがなかったのでレモン塩鍋のタレや寄せ鍋のあごだしつゆなど初めての品々でした。
特にレモン塩鍋がさっぱりながらも濃厚で野菜とよく合い美味しかったのでおすすめです！今回は4人家族分で使い切ってしまいましたが、何回かに分けて使っても香りが飛ばないパウチ状になっていました。
野菜を切って鍋に放り込むだけで美味しくなるので、お料理初心者や一人暮らしの方にもピッタリだと思います。

COVID-19 souvenir arrived in Hokkaido from Kayanoya

A gift of Chinosha dashi arrived from Kuhara Honke to my home, which had been out of control due to an emergency announcement!
In Hokkaido, where it was still cold, there were nice pots and oden soup.
Since I only used Chinosha’s soup stock, it was the first item such as a sauce in a lemon salt pot and a soup in a fried pot.
It is especially recommended because the lemon salt pot is refreshing but rich and goes well with vegetables! This time it was used up for a family of four, but it became a pouch that did not scent even if it was used several times.
Just cutting the vegetables and throwing them into the pot will make it delicious, so I think it’s perfect for beginners and those living alone.
