手羽元チーズチキン/きのことちくわのめんつゆバター炒め/トマトキムチツナ和え、ロゼに合わせたい絶品おつまみ3品!【便利な買い物リスト付き】

snacks that go well with rosé wine 1st, tomato mixed with kimchi and tuna 2nd, we’ll use lots of mushrooms Mushrooms and chikuwa stir-fried with mentsuyu butter 3rd, the star of today, cheesy chicken wing sticks Let’s get started, then This time, we only need to mix tomato, kimchi, and tuna, super easy And we’ll slightly stir-fry the mushrooms, then add the mentsuyu, very simple So first I will cook these 2 dishes at the same time The chicken needs more time to cook, so let’s cook it later First, let’s slice the mushrooms Slice them into bite-sized pieces Roughly slice them, then break them with your hands Then into bite-sized pieces Next, eryngii mushrooms Chop off the bottom Slice them in half Then slice each piece into thirds Please adjust the way you slice according to how big the mushrooms are Shiitake mushrooms, remove the bottom as well Slice them into thick pieces Slice the stems in half, they’re tasty Slice the chikuwa diagonally The ingredients are prepped Next, tomato Cut off the stem while rotating the tomato Slice it into wedges Adjust the sizes according to how big the tomato is If it’s too big for one bite, slice it into smaller pieces I’m cutting it into 8 wedges It’s about the size for one bite Let’s finish this dish Add the canned tuna So simple This can be served as a side dish or a snack So do remember this recipe 2 tsp of sesame oil and 80g of kimchi Some salt Mix well Then this dish is done in a wink Before you serve, add grilled seaweed Tear it into pieces with your hands Put them on top, slightly mix well Then it’s done The 1st dish is done Let’s stir-fry the mushrooms Spread 1 tsp of oil on the pan Then stir-fry the chikuwa first Add the chikuwa Stir-fry I’m cooking over medium heat When it’s cooked, add the mushrooms Even the mushrooms seem a little bit too much, but they’ll shrink as you cook them So don’t worry, just keep cooking until they’ve turned soft They’ve turned soft, add 10g of butter Stir-fry to combine Let the butter melt Finally, 2-3 tbsp of mentsuyu Add evenly Mix well When they’re mixed, this dish is done I’ll serve it later Lastly, our final dish, chicken wing sticks First, cut the cheese into sticks We’ll sandwich the cheese later, and it’s easier to stuff with smaller pieces Adjust the sizes of the cheese according to the cheese you’ve bought Cut in half Cut it into sizes that are easier to stuff Of course, it’s ok if the cheese pops out from the chicken when grilling it in the oven But we’ll grill this dish with the pan, so the cheese will get burnt if it hits the pan So it’s better to hide it inside the chicken and let it melt while the chicken is being cooked Let’s slice the chicken Cut along the bone to make a space that’s big enough to stuff other ingredients in I’ve cut them like this Season with some salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of sake The chicken is prepped Then we only need to mix the seasonings and stuff the cheese Let’s mix the seasonings first so we won’t mess up later Grated garlic, 1 tbsp of mirin, and 2 tbsp of soy sauce Mix well OK Let’s go ahead and wrap the cheese and green shiso with the chicken Put the green shiso on top, I’ve cut it in half, so I’m using 3 pieces of green shiso Then the cheese, line them up lengthwise so it’ll be easier to wrap I’ve placed them like this Then wrap the ingredients up with the chicken Then secure with a toothpick Maybe it’s safer to use 2 toothpicks Like this We’ve wrapped one, and will grill these in a pan later Do the same to other pieces They’re ready, now we can cook with the pan Spread 1 tsp of oil on the pan Grill the chicken with the skin side facing down Leave them like this until the chicken has turned brown Cover with the lid then grill for another 5 minutes Looking good Then the mixed sauce we made earlier Add evenly Mix the chicken with the sauce then simmer over medium heat The cheese has started to melt They’ve started to look shiny, perfect Now we can serve them on a plate, then drizzle the sauce on top to finish Serve the chicken Looks amazing It’ll be difficult to eat with the toothpicks inserted, so remove them The meat is shaped, so they’ll stay in this form even if you pull the 【いろいろきのことちくわのめんつゆバター炒め】
しいたけ…2個
えりんぎ…3本
えのき…1袋
ちくわ…2本
油…小さじ1
めんつゆ(2倍濃縮)…大さじ2~3
バター…10g
かつお節…適量
①きのこは石づきを落とし、食べやすい大きさに切る。ちくわは斜め切りにする。
②フライパンに油を入れて熱し、ちくわを炒める。きのこを加え、しんなりするまで炒める。
③バターを加え、溶かしながら炒める。めんつゆを加えてさっと炒めたら器に盛り、かつお節をかける。

【トマトキムチツナ和え】
トマト…1個
キムチ…80g
ツナ缶…1缶
焼きのり…適量
ごま油…小さじ2
塩…適量
①トマトは8等分のくし形切りにする。
②ボウルにトマト、油を軽く切ったツナ、キムチ、ごま油、塩を加えて和える。
③のりをちぎり入れ、さっと混ぜたら器に盛る。

【手羽元チーズチキン】
手羽元…6本
大葉…3枚
チーズ(切れてるチーズ)…3個
酒…大さじ1
塩…少々
こしょう…少々
油…小さじ1
【A】しょうゆ…大さじ2
【A】みりん…大さじ1
【A】すりおろしにんにく…少々
①チーズは棒状に、大葉は半分に切る。手羽元は骨の横に沿って切り込みを入れ、塩・こしょう、酒で下味をつける。
小鉢などに【A】を混ぜ合わせる。
②手羽元に、大葉、チーズをのせる。鶏肉で包むように、つまようじで止める。
③フライパンに油を熱し、手羽元を皮目から3分焼く。裏返して蓋をして5分焼く。
④こんがりと焼き色がついたら、合わせた【A】を回し入れて中火で煮絡める。
⑤つまようじを外し、器に盛る。
