Hanoi’s Most Creative Bánh Mì? Beef Patty and Cheese Inside

This is a familiar brand if you walk around Hanoi because they have multiple locations. They do a bánh mì with grilled beef patty and cheese, kind of like a Hanoi hamburger.

The shop is clean and nice, and they even have drink options. I went for their most special and expensive one to see how flavorful it really was.

The look was impressive and it felt super filling, but for me the flavors didn’t really come together.

I really liked their bread though. I wish I could have that bread for every bánh mì in Hanoi.

I still give them credit for trying something different. But for a 60,000 bánh mì, I was hoping for a little more.
